Use cases
For multi-brand agencies: keep every client distinct
An illustrative workflow for agencies coordinating multiple brands: separate account references, asset permissions, funding and reporting ownership.
Illustrative scenarios — not customer case studies or performance claims.
The short answer
What to know before you begin
When several buyers work across brands, agree the account, assets, budget owner and funding reference for each client. A shared operating process should not blur individual client responsibilities.
Who this is for
Agencies with their own campaign team working across more than one brand.
The workflow, at a glance
Map each brand
Identify its account, assets and authorized contacts.
Confirm each request
Check the brand, amount and reference before funding.
Reconcile records
Review statements and resolve exceptions by reference.
The situation
Imagine an agency managing advertising for several independent brands. Its buyers know how to run campaigns, but funding requests and access questions arrive from different people. The aim is a repeatable account-support process, not merging unrelated clients into one campaign.
Build a brand-to-account register
For each brand, record its business, website, platform account reference, required assets, operating buyer and authorized contact. Confirm whether the proposed setup supports the separation the client requires. Do not assume one brand’s asset permissions or funding can be used for another.
- Link each account reference to the correct brand and destination.
- Name who approves access and who approves funding.
- Record service terms and reporting expectations for each arrangement.
Give every request enough context
Before submitting a request, check the client, platform, account reference and amount. Keep payment evidence attached to the correct request through the agreed channel. If a request is unclear, resolve it before funding rather than inferring the destination from a similar company name.
Review records before the client report
Compare the relevant statement entries with your internal funding records, and check account movements separately from campaign results. Ask about a discrepancy using its request reference. Decide in advance who keeps records and what access remains if a client or the agency ends the service.
