Service scope
Ads Gorilla provides onboarding, account administration, campaign management, reporting, and related operational support. The exact scope, platform access, fees, funding methods, and service levels are confirmed before onboarding or in a separate service agreement.
Platform decisions and performance
Meta, Google, TikTok, payment providers, and other third parties control their own approvals, reviews, limits, suspensions, and availability. Ads Gorilla does not guarantee ad approval, uninterrupted access, specific costs, or campaign results.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate business, billing, campaign, and identity information when requested.
- Own or have permission to use all submitted domains, brands, creatives, data, and offers.
- Follow applicable laws, platform policies, and the Ads Gorilla Acceptable Use Policy.
- Review campaign instructions, budgets, and reports promptly and notify us of errors.
Fees, suspension, and liability
Minimum top-up requirements, Gorilla Club membership fees, and applicable service, funding, payment-network, and other fees are disclosed before the relevant transaction. Self Managed and Fully Managed minimum top-ups are not monthly membership fees. We may pause or terminate service for non-payment, inaccurate information, security risk, prohibited activity, or policy violations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ads Gorilla is not responsible for indirect losses, platform decisions, third-party outages, or business results outside our reasonable control. Any signed service agreement controls if it conflicts with this website summary.
