You may request a review of funds that have not been committed to platform spend, delivered services, approved purchases, chargebacks, or non-refundable network and processing costs. We will confirm the available amount before processing.
Non-refundable amounts
- Completed Gorilla Club membership periods and services already delivered.
- Advertising spend already committed, processed, or consumed by a platform.
- Payment-network, blockchain, currency-conversion, chargeback, or third-party fees that cannot be recovered.
- Amounts connected to prohibited activity, fraud, disputes, or outstanding obligations while a review is pending.
How to request a review
Contact your account manager or Telegram support with the relevant account, payment, and destination details. Processing times depend on the payment method, platform reconciliation, compliance checks, and banking or blockchain networks.
A signed service agreement or transaction-specific disclosure controls if it provides different terms.
