01Information we collect

  • Contact and business information you submit, including name, email, Telegram username, company, website, country, estimated ad spend, platform interest, and message.
  • Account, transaction, support, and campaign information needed to provide requested services.
  • Basic technical and analytics data such as device, browser, pages viewed, and referral information.
  • Outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics and advertising cookies are on by default and can be turned off at any time via Privacy choices; in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland they are used only after you consent, and session recording (Microsoft Clarity) is used only after explicit consent everywhere.

02How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries, assess service eligibility, and provide onboarding and support.
  • Operate dashboards, process service requests, prevent abuse, and maintain security.
  • Measure and improve website and service performance.

03Sharing and service providers

We may share information with hosting, analytics, communications, payment, and operational providers only as needed to deliver the service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, Ads Gorilla, or third parties.

04Microsoft Clarity and your consent

If you select Accept all, we use Microsoft Clarity on our public homepage to understand clicks, scrolling, page interactions, and usability through heatmaps and session recordings. Microsoft receives technical and website usage data, using cookies and similar technologies, to provide these insights and improve products and advertising.

Clarity is not loaded before consent or on our signup, account, administration, or payment pages. We mask recorded text, including our inquiry form, and do not send names, emails, or Telegram handles as custom identifiers. Masking does not hide all technical data, such as page URLs and device information.

You can withdraw consent using Privacy choices and selecting Necessary only. If Clarity is active, the page reloads to unload it; save any unfinished inquiry first. Withdrawal stops future collection but does not automatically delete previously collected data. Contact us about deletion requests.

See the Microsoft Privacy Statement for details about Microsoft's handling of this data.

05Advertising attribution and first-deposit measurement

With advertising consent, we retain a Google ad click identifier for up to 90 days and link it to your account after registration or an authenticated portal visit. After your first actual Add Balance deposit is approved and credited, we send that identifier, a random event reference, and the original completion time to Google Ads through its Data Manager API. This measurement does not send your name, email, Telegram handle, deposit amount, or wallet transaction ID.

Browser click storage is shared across our website and dashboard. Account-linked click data is encrypted at rest, deleted when it expires, and withdrawn when you choose Necessary only or use the portal withdrawal control. A signed, HttpOnly privacy receipt lasts up to 90 days solely to let this browser withdraw stored measurement consent even after logout. Data already transmitted to Google may require a separate deletion request; an upload already in progress cannot always be stopped.

A deposit is a separate, secondary measurement. Inquiry and successful registration remain our lead goals. Moving an existing balance into an advertising account is not a new deposit. Operational deposit and accounting records are not deleted by withdrawing advertising consent.

06Retention, security, and choices

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, legal obligations, dispute handling, and security. No system is completely secure, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry information by contacting us. Some records may be retained when required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or contractual purposes.
